Walpurgis

The “I.33 Manuscript” also known as the “Walpurgis Fetchbuch” or the “Tower Fechtbuch” is a German sword and buckler manual from approximately the 1300s. It is unique not only for being one of the oldest western martial arts manuals in existance, it also features a women on the last two pages of the manuscript, her name is Walpurgis (Walpurga).
